This page informs you of the steps you will go through when purchasing any product or service made available through the Service.


ORDER PLACEMENT

You can place your order directly online or by telephone.
Please call +971-2-6444416 (Abu Dhabi) or +971-4-5136501 (Dubai) to place an order for the UAE. We are available Saturday through Thursday from 9:00 am till 5:30 pm (UAE time).


ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

1. Expect a confirmation email from our customer service team when you place an order on the Service and when we deliver your order. If you don’t receive these confirmations by email, please contact our customer service team.
2. To track your order, please login to your account.


PAYMENT METHODS

You can choose any of the following payment methods when using the Service:
1. Online Payment: Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards can be used for online payment.
2. Offline Payment: money transfers are accepted (Western Union) as well as cash on delivery or cash payments in our store in Abu Dhabi or workshop in Dubai.


REFUND POLICY

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our service or have any question about your order, please contact our customer service team by email to  ordersuae@exotica.com and provide us with pictures of your bouquet/arrangement within 48 hours of delivery date and we will get back to you either by phone or email.
